The Port of Bellingham (Port) is issuing this Request for Professional Services (RFPS) to solicit responses from consulting firms with suitable expertise and experience in providing rail design, rail yard layout, rail yard operations, and BNSF coordination to help reinstate on terminal rail connections to the Bellingham Shipping Terminal (BST). The terminal entrance is currently located at 661 Cornwall Ave., Bellingham, Washington.
The deadline for RFPS submittals is 2:00 PM on July 15, 2025. One electronic copy, not to exceed 20 pages, including signed cover letter and attachments, shall be transmitted to:
