This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-26-OE-0009 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This will be solicited under NAICS Code 541930 – Translation and Interpretation Services

Offerors must have active SAM .gov account at the time of proposal submission and contract award.
