Preliminary Design for Roundabout

Brief Description: MnDOT requests letters of interest for preliminary design services for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Trunk Highway (TH) 71 & TH 30 in Cottonwood County. The purpose of this contract is to get this shelf project through the layout and 45% phase and then hold. This rural RAB will not have outside curb or gutter and will also not have pedestrian facilities. This project will include public engagement, mailers (postcards). The goal of this project is to develop a staff approved layout and hydraulic design for the construction project.
