Notice Of Change Order Number 1 To The Contract
The Township Committee of the Township of Millburn has authorized the following change order at their February 17, 2026 meeting as per Resolution 26-061. This contract, change order and the resolution are available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk, Millburn Town Hall, 22 E Willow, Millburn, NJ 07041.
Contractor: D&L Paving Contactors, Inc.
Project: Reconstruction and improvement of Parking Lots B&C at Paper Mill Playhouse.
Contract Awarded: as per Resolution 25-134 approved on May, 6, 2025 in the amount of $633,434.00.
