Contractor: Clean out and repair a storm drain inlet and remove existing tree in Wayne TWP Sec. 12 see map for location
Clean out and repair storm drain inlet and remove existing tree. Remove the existing tree located at the inlet structure in its
entirety. All limbs, trunk shall be removed. Stump shall be ground down to a minimum of 3". Remove and dispose of all
accumulated debris, leaves, sediment, organic material, and deteriorated black geotextile erosion control fabric in and
around the inlet and grate opening. Inspect existing grate for structural repair or replace as needed. Inspect inlet box and
structure for cracking, displacement, or damage and report findings with project manager before proceeding. . Verify outlet
pipe is clear and flowing upon completion. All disturbed ground shall be restored to original condition or better. All
disturbed areas shall be seeded with ACSO approved seed mix and with straw to establish cover and prevent erosion.
Contractor is responsible for the full restoration of any area disturbed during the course of work including grading, topsoil
replacement, seeding, and mulching as needed. All trash, rubbish, and debris shall be hauled away and disposed of off site.
All manner of work needed to complete the job.
