The National Park Service, Intermountain Region, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Sole Source award for the purchase of an Explosion Proof Decanter Actuator Kit - MMac conversion to Joyce Actuator assembly for the Glacier¿s Water Waste Treatment Plant in Glacier NP, MT.

The National Park Service intends to procure an Explosion Proof Decanter Actuator Kit - MMac conversion to Joyce Actuator assembly, AASI part #2964005 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 333310 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice. Any firm that believes it has the capabilities to provide maintenance and support of this purchase may contact the Contract Specialist, Barbara Glen at barbara_glen@nps.gov, 303-345-1131 for more information regarding the requirement or specifications. A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government's determination to support of a non-competitive strategy.
