Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek interested and capable parties to advance the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) Cyber Range Development Software Application Project. The Government will use the information received to forge its acquisition strategy. Additionally, all submissions become government property and will not be returned.
