The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded a purchase order to Mu-del Electronics for Radio Frequency (RF) Power Calibrators for use in the Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR) Transmitter Microwave Assembly. Mu-del is the only approved source that has been tested for this product at this time. The purchase order was awarded as a one-time, fixed price order.
A market survey (6973GH-24-00057) was posted to the SAM.gov web site on August 27th, 2024, and closed September 9, 2024. Notice of Intent to Single Source (6973GH-24-Q-00278) was posted to the SAM.gov web site on November 15, 2024.
