The parcel consists of .23 acres of land, more or less. Bids are due on or before September 26, 2025, at 12:00 noon in the office of the Town Manager, 5 Beach Road, Salisbury, MA 01952.
A bid deposit of one thousand ($1,000.00) in the form of a money order, cash or certified check made payable to the Town of Salisbury is required with the bid. The bid deposit shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidders no later than seven (7) business days after execution of a contract. If the successful bidder fails to execute a contract with the Town after award the deposit shall be retained by the Town.
