The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, personnel, supervision, vehicles and other items necessary to perform electrical repairs at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) lodging facilities on Lackland and Randolph. The electrical repairs required under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) include repair street/parking lot lighting, electrical gates, interior/exterior electrical outlets, overhead lighting, replace fluorescent ballast and emergency/exit lights as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and shall be bonded and licensed in the state of Texas. Anything identified during the repair that is outside the assigned task will be reported back to the Government for action. See Attached Statement of Work for Additional Details.Note: All responses to this solicitation will be made under FA301625Q0174. Please Reference this number on all documents associated with this RFQ.
