Description
Hart County High School parking lot
A new student parking lot will take the place of the old transportation building located at 205 Campbell Drive Hartwell, GA 30643.
Scope of work will include:
¿ Removal of diesel and gasoline fuel tanks
¿ Removal of existing fencing around the building
¿ Curbing around the perimeter and traffic islands in lot
¿ Site work prep
¿ Paving of parking lot
¿ Lighting of parking lot
¿ Painting, striping, and numbering of 184 parking spaces
¿ Concrete steps on the east side of the lot that lead students to the existing parking lot between the CCA marine/HVAC/Welding lab and the tennis courts
**The Hart County Charter System will have the old building removed so this will not need to be included in the scope of work or projected costs.
