Description
Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service (Owner) for the project entitled Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home Elevator Upgrades in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
Project scope of work: The purpose of this project is to modernize (1) hydraulic passenger service elevator and (2) traction passenger elevators. Machine rooms and elevator pits are included in the Scope of Work.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide.
