Description
Version #2 - Update description with the correct amount of time for deliveries. 1/15/25 Abigail Weaver
This contract is being established to purchase/procure Suicide Safety Smocks for a period of one (1) year with up to four (4), one (1) year renewals. All materials must meet the detailed specifications as noted per the attached.
All items are to be shipped F.O.B. destination to any GDC facility throughout the State. The delivery locations will be noted on the purchase order for that order. Deliveries will be made within 4 weeks after Receipt of Purchase Order
