The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract to repair and replace the ballfield lamps and ballasts of lights over 40 feet tall at the city-owned athletic fields. The awarded vendor(s) will repair damaged ballast and replace lamps that will be supplied by the City.
The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
