NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25252040 – Sitka Rocky Gutierrez Airport Lighting Vault & Beacon

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional design development, bid documents, cost estimating services, bidding and construction administrative assistance, and related services provided by the CONTRACTOR for the construction of the Sitka Rocky Gutierrez Airport Lighting Vault & Beacon project.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2025 to December 2027.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000 to $500,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available March 6, 2025 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than March 20, 2025, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
