Temporary Staffing Services

Project Description: The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) is a Special District within the State of California that owns, maintains, and operates passenger rail service in Sonoma County and Marin County. In addition to passenger rail service, SMART is a common carrier that owns and operates freight rail services within Sonoma County, Marin County, and Napa County.
SMART is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide timely, as-needed temporary staffing services. Consultant shall provide SMART with qualified and competent temporary personnel to meet specific business needs for either short-term or long-term assignments. Consultant shall also provide SMART with pre-employment testing services for SMART’s regular hire program and direct-hire recruitment services for non-professional level employees on an as-needed basis.
SMART reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts as a result of this Solicitation. Each contract that results from this solicitation is expected to have a 3-year base term with (2) one-year options to extend thereafter.
