Amendment 1 to Solicitation RFP extends the Bid Opening date from 2:00 PM CST 20 February 2026 to 2:00 PM CST 6 March 2026 in hopes this will give vendors ample time to process and submit proposals.

We are currently working on the question “Could GRDA provide more details on the motor, brakes & gearbox nameplates? During the site visit, photos were taken but the labels are not readable. Our team attempted to enhance the images but, it remains unreadable” and hope to have that answered and posted to Bid Express by COB Friday 20 February 2026.

We will not be extending the Q&A portion at this time.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit on Wednesday 4 February 2026 at 1:30 pm Central Time —LOCATION: Salina Pump Storage Project Powerhouse– 620 S 4437 Road Salina, OK 74367. Push button at call box and report you have arrived. A Sign In Sheet will be provided and Required. Any vendor that signed in and attended our first bid attempt and mandatory site visit is not required to attend and will be invited to bid. Please email myself at eric.pipkin@grda.com and verify that you and any guest will be attending by Tuesday 3 February 2026 at 3:00pm Central Time.
