2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Oakdale is seeking proposals from qualified professional planning firms to provide support for Oakdale’s 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. The update must be completed in accordance with requirements set forth in State Statute and by the Metropolitan Council. The selected firm must demonstrate proven experience and expertise in long-range land use planning, project management, and community engagement.
