Solicitation Summary

The Maryland State Highway Administration’s District -7 Frederick Maintenance Complex located at 5111 Buckeystown pike Frederick MD.21704. Is soliciting lump sum bids for a Contractor to remove / dispose of the existing 37 Ft. galvanized Gate. and furnish and install a new 37’ 2” x 7’ 6’’ cantilevering aluminum gate including an aluminum internal trolley system that serves a (25’) opening, the top of the gate shall include 3 strains of barbed wire with mounting hardware. The contractor shall furnish and install two new Lift Master or approved equal gate operators (one gate operator for the Frederick Maintenance Complex and the second gate is a dual operator for the Frederick District Office. The project is located at the Administration’s Frederick Maintenance complex, and District office front entrances. Vendors should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing similar services. All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the NTP.
