| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
Bingham Facility 2 is currently served by two 100% outside air DX cooling/propane gas heating units located on the building roof. The units were designed to condition 8000 CFM to maintain an indoor temperature to 70-74F. This project will replace the current systems with a system to be able to maintain required conditions. The new system will include design and installation of a new air-cooled chiller and a new propane hot water boiler as part of this project. Pre-proposal Meeting is on 1/24/2025 at 1pm via ZOOM.
