Description: The Owner is Niagara County and the work site is/are located in the Town of Lockport. The projects limits extend from: Rapids Road: Goodrich Road to Raymond Road and Raymond Road: Rapids Road to Dysinger Road. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Intersection reconstruction, pavement rehabilitation via cold in place recycling and milling and overlay, culvert replacement, culvert repairs and miscellaneous drainage improvements. This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on May 1, 2023 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation’s website must be followed by the successful bidder. Due Date: 03/27/2025 2:00 PMContract Term: The Contractor will start the work within ten days of receipt of the written notice of award issued by the sponsor.
