The Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND
SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project"). In brief summary, the Work is comprised of but not limited to the Switchgear and Breaker Replacement at the Scarborough Transfer Station. |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
-Minimum of one Electrical Replacement Project with a contract value greater than nine hundred thousand Canadian Dollars $900,000.00-excluding taxes.
-Minimum of one Motor Control Center Replacement or Installation Project with a contract value greater than five hundred thousand Canadian Dollars $500,000.00-excluding taxes. -Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSMS certification, as per Part 4 Form B Section 3 requirements. -At no time should the maximum bid value percentage allowed for any individual Subcontractor exceed fifty percent of overall Bid value. -The accumulated bid value percentages allowed for all Subcontractors combined is no more than fifty percent of the overall bid value submitted by the Contractor. |
