Project Description: The City is seeking the services of a construction management firm for various future project(s). In addition to managing the construction, the construction manager/general contractor will provide the City with technical review and input on materials, cost evaluations, and schedule evaluations of the City’s contracted architectural /engineering team during the design phase of various task assignments.
