ACORD File Conversion Services

NYSIF is seeking to procure a service provider to develop a translation service which will convert NYSIF Proprietary XML to ACORD AL3 EDI Standard files and then sending NYSIF back the converted files. Further, vendor will setup and host a translation service and provide NYSIF the ability to upload XML data via the use of SFTP services. Once translated, vendor will deliver the translated AL3 files back to NYSIF via the use of the SFTP services. NYSIF will then electronically submit these files to their Pay-As-You-Go Service Provider. Testing will be performed to assure file formats are properly translated.

All deliverables resulting from this project are classified as ACORD’s intellectual property. ACORD will have and retain all right, title and interest in and to any deliverables developed hereunder, including all trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights related thereto ("Deliverables").

Interested firms must submit supporting documentation that they have an agreement in place with ACORD to perform the services described above.
