The City of New Rochelle is seeking to activate a Real-Time Updating Storefront & Business Directory with Cloud Database, Maps, and Reporting Suite to strengthen its commercial ecosystem, improve business transparency, and empower strategic decision-making. This platform will deliver a continuously updated, ground-verified directory of all storefronts, businesses, and vacancies, providing city officials, business leaders, and the public with a real-time, actionable view of the local economy.
Unlike traditional business directories or third-party datasets that rely on outdated, incomplete, or self-reported information, the City is seeking a system built on direct field verification and structured data collection, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability. Every storefront and business is to be systematically identified, classified, indexed, and regularly updated, creating a true-to-life, high-fidelity representation of New Rochelle’s commercial landscape.
