This is a synopsis only and not a request for quote (RFQ). The RFQ W81K0026QA218 is forthcoming. This synopsis is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is for medical physicist surveying service to maintain regulatory compliance, radiation safety standards, manufacturer performance specifications, safe operation of diagnostic and nuclear medicine imaging devices and TB MED 521 which applies to all medical radiographic systems.
