City of Cortland Dumpster & Recycling Services
Description:

The City of Cortland is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Dumpster & Recycling Services at various City owned locations.

The Contractor shall regularly and expeditiously remove, transport, and dispose of any and all garbage and recycling at various noted locations within the limits of the City of Cortland for three (3) year period, beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028;

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, conveyance equipment, and apparatus to do all the necessary things in order to perform the work described herein. The proposal is subject to NYS Department of Labor for Prevailing Wages as an Article 9 Public Works Project for Trash and Refuse Removal.

All proposals must use the appropriate New York State Department of Labor prevailing wage schedule. Any questions regarding the Prevailing Wage Schedule should be directed to the New York State Department of Labor.
