Multiple Single Family Rehab Repair

The City of Lima and Department of Housing and Neighborhoods are requesting proposals from contractors to aid homeowners in the area for the purpose of repairing the interior/exterior of homes in the City of Lima. This Request for Proposal (RFP) details the scope and nature of the services required and the format to be used for all proposals in response to this RFP.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, Clearly Marked “Multiple Single Family RehabRepairs- RFP” on the outermost envelope/package to the Auditor of the City of Lima, Attention: Purchasing Department of the City of Lima, Ohio, Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801, until 10:00 AM., Lima Time, on Wednesday, July 1 ^st , 2026, Purchasing department is located on the 3 ^rd floor of the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square.
