The intent of this request is to evaluate and approve potential supplier(s) to become a vendor of record authorized to supply the 2025 Valve Replacement Program.
The Town of Shaunavon is accepting RFQs (Request for Quotes) for a qualified firm to provide for the 2025 valve replacement program. The program consists of one work package with the contractor supplying the Valves, Couplers, Pipe, Cathodic Protection, valve boxes, Equipment and Labor.
Work Package 1: Valve Replacement Program with materials supplied by the Contractor
1- 6” valve on the South side of the intersection of 5th Ave. and 2nd Street East.
2- 6” valve at the North side of the intersection of 4th Ave. and 2nd Street East.
3- 6” valve at the Noth side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 3rd Street East.
4- 6” valve at the North side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 4th Street East.
5- 6” valve at the North side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 5th Street East.
6- 6” valve at the South side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 5th Street East.
7- 6” valve at the North side of the intersection of 1st Ave. and 5th Street East.
8- 8” valve at the South side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 4th Street East.
9- 8” valve at the West side of the intersection of 2nd Ave. and 2nd Street East.
10- 8” valve at the East side of the intersection of 2nd Ave. and Centre Street
