Evaluation Factors

Describe your plan for adhering to manufacturer, ISO 10535, and VA guidelines for inspection and repair of Guldmann and LIKO ceiling lift systems as outlined in the SOW.

Provide evidence that your servicing technicians are qualified to perform repairs and ISO 10535 compliant inspections for Guldmann and LIKO ceiling lift systems as outlined in the SOW.

Describe your plan to provide the 48-hour telephone or email response time for unscheduled service.

Describe your plan to acquire parts within 4 business days of need determination for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Describe your plan for coordinating servicing visits with VA staff, specifically Healthcare Technology Management.

Describe your plan to provide documentation of testing and repairs as described in the SOW.

Key personnel: provide contact information and qualifications of your field service manager for the Dayton site.

Under scope of program 4.2.1.4 section e. it references load testing to 1.5x system capacity but Liko manufacturer specifications is to test to 100% of system capacity using the motor. Please clarify if the ISO standard is to be used for testing for both Liko and Guldmann lift systems?

Use of the ISO standard is required on both Liko and Guldmann lift systems.

When are the lifts due for service?

All units are slated for annual inspections in February. The first round of inspections under the contract are to be completed by the end of February 2025.

Can they confirm that this is for Annual Inspections and a Service Agreement?

Annual inspections are required for all lift systems. Servicing/repair is only required for Guldmann units.
