Re: Fair-time Sound Services for the Sonoma County Fair &
Exposition, Inc.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Sonoma County Fair & Exposition, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as
"Corporation") is seeking proposals from all interested and qualified
parties to provide sound equipment and services for the 2026 Sonoma
County Fair.
All proposals will be carefully reviewed. The service agreement will be
awarded in the interest of the Corporation based on the Proposer's
experience, qualifications, financial arrangements and other factors.
Proposals will be received at the Corporation's Administration Office, 1350
Bennett Valley Road, Santa Rosa, Ca 95404, or by email:
Isaac.Gentry@sonomacounty.gov no later than 5:00 p.m., Pacific
Standard Time, Wednesday, May 6, 2026 . Proposals received late may
be accepted at the discretion of the CEO, Matt Daly. All proposals must be
clearly marked "Sound Services Proposal".
