Description:
Sumter School District is seeking a contractor(s) to provide grounds-keeping services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to ensure grounds maintenance that promotes the growth of healthy grass and shrubs and presents a clean, neat, and professional appearance at District facilities. Pre-Bid Information:
Aerial photos are provided to reference the limits of District boundaries. Bidders are strongly encouraged to conduct site visits at each location and to have taken into consideration all conditions which might affect the work prior to submitting a bid. No consideration will be given to any claim based on lack of knowledge of existing conditions. Visitors to the schools are required to sign in and out at the main office prior to walking the campus.
