The scope of work includes the following items: Construction of a new roadway including, select parking lot demolition, earthwork, new drainage infrastructure, new sewer infrastructure, new water main, underground electric infrastructure, curbing, full depth pavement, concrete sidewalks, pavement markings, signage, lighting, landscaping, and other incidental work.
