This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested.
Solicitation number 36C26325Q0381 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
This is an unrestricted solicitation meaning all business sizes may submit a quote. Prospective offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of submission of their offer through award. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 621111 with a size standard of $16.0 million.

The VA anticipates one firm fixed price contract award for all resources and labor necessary for the requested service to support the Sioux Falls SD VA Health Care System located at 2501 W. 22nd Street, Sioux Falls SD 57106.
The period of performance is 4/1/2025 to 3/31/2026 for the base period of performance.

Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by March 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM Central Time. Quotes are required to be emailed to john.becker3@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in its entirety by the Contracting Officer before the solicitation closing.
