The 30th Space Communications Squadron (30 SC) requires four (4) Fiber Optic Test Sets to support testing and diagnostic needs. These test sets must meet or exceed the specified salient characteristics below to enhance the communications infrastructure at Vandenberg Space Force Base. See Combined Synopsis Solicitation in the attachments.
