Project Description: Youth Event Breakfasts/Lunches
The Quinault Division of Natural Resources is seeking bids from individuals or companies to prepare breakfast and lunches from
Monday, July 13th through Thursday, July 16th, 2026, for tribal youth participants in a grant-funded summer Wildlife Youth
Education Program. There will be 24 tribal youth from 6 tribes around the peninsula, plus 15 staff/chaperones, for a total of 39

Participants will be camping at Haynisisoos Point for a 4-day outdoor and wilderness school. We will need prepared breakfast
and lunches for the four days for participating youth, staff, and chaperones. The breakfast and lunches consist of the following:
1. Packed lunches for four (4) days (Monday through Thursday); and
2. Breakfasts for three (3) days (Tuesday through Thursday morning).
The breakfast and lunch menus are of your choosing, but we are requesting cold breakfasts (i.e., minimal preparation needed by
staff or youth) and packed lunches (need to be able to pack lunches in coolers in trucks or in backpacks and head into the
woods).
A check can be provided in advance for the purchase of food and supplies from the vendor of your choice, or a purchase order
to Swanson’s can be provided.
Additionally, bidders will need to provide breakfast and lunch options for youth with dietary restrictions. We will inform you of
any dietary restrictions at a later date, once individual participants are confirmed, and before food and supplies are purchased.
