The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), Bureau of Family Health and Nutrition Division (BFHN), Early Intervention (EI) Division is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain community input on elements of a Request for Response (RFR) to fund the Medically Complex Care Consultation Program for infants and toddlers with medically complex care needs who are enrolled in early intervention as part of the Commonwealths Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C program. This RFR will replace existing Regional Consultation Program (RCP) contracts.
