Description:
The New York State Department of Health (Department) is announcing the
release of Request for Proposals (RFP) # C040633 : Enrollment Broker Services. Through this RFP, the Department’s Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP) is seeking a contractor to provide education/outreach, enrollment, and evaluation/assessment services as further detailed in Section 4.0 of the attached RFP. It is the Department's intent to award one (1) contract from this procurement.
