Invitation for Bids (IFB)
for
Bulk Fuels, Lubricants, Diesel Exhaust Fluid Delivery, and Fuel Card Program
Notice is hereby given that the Transit Joint Powers Authority for Merced County (TJPAMC) has released
project number IFB20260623TJPAMC – Bulk Fuels, Lubricants, Diesel Exhaust Fluid Delivery, and Fuel Card
Program. TJPAMC invites the submission of bids from qualified vendors to provide bulk fuels, lubricants,
diesel exhaust fluid delivery, and/or the fuel card program.

The deadline to ask questions is 12:00 p.m., PDT, June 30, 2026, via email to Alexandra Arroyo,
Procurement Specialist II, at procurements@mcagov.org. Bids are due electronically by 2:30 p.m. PDT, on
July 17, 2026, and shall also be emailed to Alexandra Arroyo, Procurement Specialist II, at
procurements@mcagov.org. Bids will be publicly opened and read via conference call on July 17, 2026, at
3:00 p.m. Anyone interested in joining the bid opening may do so by dialing (669) 444-9171 and entering
Meeting ID 821 7708 5921. Bids must remain effective for ninety (90) days following the bid opening.
Bidders are responsible for making certain their bid documentation is complete and is received by TJPAMC
on or before the closing deadline. TJPAMC is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders in responding to
the IFB. TJPAMC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids or to cancel this solicitation at its
discretion. Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated
in the IFB. Any alterations to the IFB will be made by written addenda only.
Communications from bidders shall be submitted in writing (email) to Alexandra Arroyo, Procurement
Specialist II, for this procurement. Except as set forth herein, there shall be no other communication with
any other TJPAMC employees or consultants with respect to the bid documents or project.
