The Town of Lincoln is soliciting sealed bids for the improvement of the Route 117 and Old Sudbury Road Intersection. This work is being procured under M.G.L. c. 30 s. 39M. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as: pavement – surfacing or highway – sidewalk and curbing, for the project with an estimated value of $250,365 will be required. The Work consists of the construction of roadside paths and median islands at the intersection of Rt. 117 and Old Sudbury Rd. along with rehabilitation of roadway pavement by full depth reclamation, and all incidental work.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Office of the Select Board, Monday through Thursday between 9AM and 3PM and are attached to this post.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
Pre-Bid meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. It is strongly recommended that all prospective bidders have a representative in attendance. This meeting can be accessed using the information below:
