MEMORIAL HOSPITAL SERVICES
The Franklin County Memorial Hospital ("FCMH") is soliciting proposals from qualified
firms or individuals with expertise in the preparation of Federal and state grant and loan
applications and the subsequent administration of approved project(s) to construct a new
clinic and hospital building in the Town of Meadville, Mississippi. The FCMH needs to
secure professional administrative services to assist with preparing applications and for
implementing the project(s) through closeout.
The Request for Proposals informational packets are available at Franklin County Memorial
Hospital (FCMH)(attn: Mike R. Boleware, Administrator) 40 Union Church Road, Meadville,
Mississippi and are by reference made a part of this Notice. Said documents may be
obtained by electronic mail request to the office indicated above at

You are invited to submit a proposal, in accordance with this request, to the Office of the
Administrator of FCMH, Franklin County Memorial Hospital; 40 Union Church Road,
Meadville, Mississippi 39653.
All proposals must be received by 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Friday, June 26, 2026.
