Description
The project generally includes the construction of a pavilion with an adjacent restroom facility, along with a parking area, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, water and sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer, grading, electrical work, and landscaping. Additionally, the scope includes resurfacing an adjacent city-owned road. The project will involve landscaping, traffic control, erosion control, and any ancillary items necessary for project completion. Portions of the work will take place within GDOT right-of-way.
