Description: The work of this single bid project includes the renovation of vacant space, which includes the extension of existing mechanical, electrical, fire alarm system, sprinkler system, plumbing, reconfiguration of space involving demolition, asbestos abatement, and new space layout with finishes. Plans will be available after January 15, 2025, through BiddyHQ (845-544-3440 & revplans.biddyhq.com ).
A project walk-through has been scheduled for January 31, 2025, at 10:30am, meeting at the SUCF Trailer at Salter Drive, 10573.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. In accordance with State Finance Law §139-j, all non-technical inquiries regarding this procurement must be directed to Robbilee Luedtke at SUCF.ConstructionBids@suny.edu or for MWBE related issues, Scott Clay at SUCF.OpportunityAdmin@suny.edu .
