CUNY Organizational Change Management- GSA- Limited Sources Justification
Description:
The City University of New York (“CUNY”) is currently bringing on
Workday to implement a SaaS-based HCM and Finance system to replace CUNYfirst,
its on-premises system of record and seeks an Organizational Change Management
Consultant to be responsible for ensuring that the Workday implementation is successful
and that employees are engaged and prepared to use the new system effectively. The
consultant will work closely with the project team, senior leaders, managers, and
employees to deliver the change management activities in a timely and effective
manner, while also taking into consideration the unique needs and challenges of the
higher education environment.
