Description: Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Recell Autologous Cell Harvesting Device and Related items from Avita Medical Americas, LLC, from a contract awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell the equivalent Recell Autologous Cell Harvesting Device and Related items, may, if interested, contact the Officer listed below to discuss the procurement. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms. If you propose to submit a quote, it must be received by COB of the due date listed below.
