A Request for Proposals Package EH2025-102 for a License to Utilize Agricultural Land at 20 Springs Fireplace Road may be obtained from the Office of the Senior Purchasing Agent by emailing: For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, beginning Thursday, April 24, 2025.

All bidders are strongly urged to attend a site visit meeting for the License to Utilize Agricultural Land to be held on the property, located at 20 Springs Fireplace Road, East Hampton, NY on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

Sealed proposals, on the forms provided in the RFP package, shall be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, Town Hall 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
