Request for Proposal (RFP) N0017325RGG03 - “Engineering Support for EO/IR Measurements and Simulations” and the associated attachments and exhibits are located in the Attachments/Links section of the solicitation posting.
This RFP is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5.
Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services’ (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled information in Contract Opportunities; this includes access to Attachment 1 - SOW. See the DLA website for information regarding the JCP: https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/. Once the contractor has an active registration in the JCP database, it may request access to Attachment 1 - SOW. The Government will review the JCP database to ensure the contractor has an active registration prior to providing access to Attachment 1 - SOW.
