The entire job including clean-up and reinsulating area Demo and replacing the unit

This is to prevent catastrophic failure of the chill water air separator unit and to prevent an unsafe situation as a result. we need the vendor to do the following:

Demo one (1) existing air separator with 4” flanged connections.

•     Provide and install one (1) new air separator to match the performance of the existing.
•     Modify chilled water make-up water connection to accommodate the installation of the new air
separator.
•     Provide new insulation for the air separator, flange connections, and make-up water that is reworked.
•     Clean up and remove all debris created from the work. This is a secure facility; all vendors must call
ahead at least 24 hours before all visits. A site visit is required for all new vendors and quotes are
