Gravel Crushing Tender 2025

Synopsis:

The R.M. of Glenside No. 377 (R.M.) is accepting tenders for the extraction, crushing and stockpiling of 20,000 cubic yards of ¾” road gravel from one pit at E 1/2 of 26-40-15 W3 located within our R.M.

The contractor shall provide all labour and equipment to perform the work as specified.

Once the Gravel has been stockpiled, the R.M. will have it surveyed by a qualified engineer. Payment will be made within 30 days of confirmed measurement of the pile.

The R.M. would welcome a start date as soon as possible and would like the work completed by end of March of 2025.

All Tenders are to include:

- Price for Crushing per cubic yard of ¾” gravel.

- Mobilization fee, and any other itemized cost.

- Expected start and completion dates

- Proof of $2 million liability insurance

- Clearance Certificate from Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board

-Two business related references for similar crushing work previously done (no personal references will be accepted)
