Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) RFP Amendment 3

The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to:

1. Extend the proposal due date to 8 September 2025 at 10AM EDT and the past performance

questionnaire due date to 5 September 2025 at 10AM EDT.

2. Answer additional Industry Q&A via Attachment 15 in Section J

3. Update clause FAR 52.217-9; remove clause FAR 52.244-6 and replace with clause FAR 52.244-6

DEVIATION 2025- O0003; remove clause FAR 52.204-8 and replace with clause FAR 52.204-8

DEVIATION 2025-O0003 and 2025-O0004; and remove clause FAR 52.217-3.

4. Update Sections L&M (Attachments 12 and 13) (see yellow highlights indicating new information and

red text replacing the blue strikethrough text)

5. Add Attachment 14; update Attachments 3, 4A, 4B, 4C, 6, 11, 12, 13; update CDRLs 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 13,

15, 16, 18; update TE4, TE-9, TE-10, TE-15; update section J, remove Attachment 5; and remove TE-13

6. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Receipt of questions is closed, the Government will not respond to any questions received after

amendment 0003.
